Overview

I am in need of a site replicating/affiliate tracking system created in .php

When someone signs up for the system (free) then the system will automatically generate a replicated web page for them. The system should be able to track who goes to their unique page and leaves contact information. Once a person as signed up for the system, then they should have access to a members are which shows them:
- The people who left contact information on their unique site
- Lots of advertising materials
- A few other things explained below

The system should be scalable so that we can add to it as time goes on.

 

Since I am not a “technical” individual…the following pages should provide a detailed description of what I want to have created. Please excuse the fact that this is not written to normal “techie” standards.

PART 1

The root domain of  ultimatemoneyblueprint.com will look similar to this page:

There will be a short video on the left and an opt-in form on the right:
The wording at the top of the page will say something like:
 “Generate Unlimited $500 Checks and Pay NOTHING To Get Started”

PART 2

Once someone fills out their name and email address (And it’s passed through to the auto-responder) they will then see a page that asks them for a bunch of information (Name, address, phone, email, ssn# or tax ID, paypal email address, username, password etc..)

Once they’ve filled out the info on page 2, an account will have been created for them and they will instantly be transferred to their back office. (Note we’ll need a back office login page and a password retrieval system as well)

Also (and more importantly) once they sign up then a webpage will be created for them that looks like this (http://easymlmsuccesssystem.com/).  

Therefore their “unique” website will be http://ultimatemoneyblueprint.com /username  but it will look like this page:  http://easymlmsuccesssystem.com/

 

PART 3

Once in their back office, they will then see 3 or 4 main areas (depending on how we want to divide it up)

HOME  - MARKETING – OPTINS/SALES – RECOMMENDED RESOURCES

The HOME section of their back office will provide them with a “getting started video”, step by step instructions, and will also show them their unique URL

The MARKETING section of their back office will provide them will a lot of different marketing materials…including, sample emails, sample classified ads, pre-made banners, etc..  When necessary (as with the pre-made banners for example) we will provide them with the necessary code with their unique url already inserted into the banner code (so that it’s easy for them to just “copy and paste” the code

The OPT-INS/SALES section of the back office will show them a list of people who’ve opted in to their unique page AND will also show them a list of people who ended up purchasing our high ticket offer. (We may want to divide this up in to 2 sections – it’s up to you)

The RECOMMENDED RESOURCES page will just consist of a bunch of links to other stuff that I want to recommend to them


PART 4

Let’s pretend that John has come to ultimatemoneyblueprint.com and decided to become a free affiliate because he wants to make $500 per sale that we make for him. Ideally he’ll be able to create his own username/password – AND his username will double as the page extension of his unique url

Once John signs up then his unique url will look like this: 
http:// ultimatemoneyblueprint.com/john

This page will look just like this one:  http://easymlmsuccesssystem.com/

Lets further pretend that john as started marketing his unique page and he gets Mary to sign look at his site.  John’s site “invites” Mary to hear a free tele-seminar.  If Mary decides that she wants to attend the tele-seminar then she will type her name and email into the appropriate fields.  Once this happens then John will be sent an email telling him

“Congratulations, someone new has registered for the call”.  Mary’s info will then go into the “opt-in section of John’s back office.  Also, Mary’s info must be passed into my personal (3^rd Party) auto-responder so that I can start sending her pertinent information.

PART 5

 Once Mary has opted-in to listen to the call, she will be taken to a page that looks like this:  http://renegademlmsuccess.com/easymlmsuccesssystem/success.htm

 Then, Mary will continue to go through the process that the page above takes her through. 

 On the page above, it says “Your Unique Ticket Number: 60897”   It may be a good idea to make the “unique ticket number” John’s username.

Once Mary “clicks to continue” she’ll be taken to a static page that has nothing to do with John…From an admin perspective, I MUST be able to tell that Mary opted in on John’s page!

PART 6

Let’s pretend that Mary has decided to attend the call that she has registered for.  At the end of the phone call, she’ll be able to request a free one-on-one talk with me or a member of my staff.  The next day we will call Mary and sell her into our live workshop.
If Mary decides to come to the live workshop, we’ll need to be able to find out who’s page Mary opted in on.  Once we find out that Mary opted-in on John’s page, we’ll need to mark it in the system that we owe John $500 dollars.

Ideally we’ll be able to pay John via PayPal or via check. If we end up using paypal to pay our affiliates then it would be nice to set up a Mass Pay option with paypal.
